Microsoft’s Fix it Center is an online support center which helps user to diagnose and solve common windows problems. Fix it Center is still in beta, still it is very much stable and provides solutions for around 300 problems. In case the Fix it service is not able to solve the problem on it’s own, even then customer can access phone, email or chat support from Microsoft Support professional.
